How do we rate wines?

We try to keep track of all the wines we drink, but as winos... you know it's difficult.

Our scale is based on 20 points. 20 is the best. 16 is the median. 10 is about as low as we go in terms of bothering to taste it and not spitting it out.

Our goal for this blog is to catalog/taste as many of the wines in Quebec (local and through public outlets) as possible, though sometimes we might stray geographically.
